The Process

1. Choose what type of visa you are going to apply.

2. Fill in application form online (Application Form). If you need any assistance with filling the form please get in touch and we will be happy to offer our professional services free of charge (for a limit time period only). 
3. Please prepare your Photo by following the guidance here. Summarised here, one recently-taken colour passport photo  (bare-head, full face) against a light background (size: 48mm x 33mm) attached.
4. Application Form Examination. We will examine the application form on your behalf and make sure everything is met the requirements before submitting to the Chinese Visa Centre. Should some errors discovered or some information missing we will contact you for amendment or further information. 
5. Fingerprints and Photo taken at the Visa Application Centres.  Once the above steps are complete, an appointment will be booked for you. You will be informed as soon as the appointment is confirmed. The following step will involve you coming to the Visa Centre in person. One of our colleagues will accompany you to the centre when this happens. 
6. Final Step: Your visa posted to you via secured mail service or to be collected at our office.  

Service Price

Our price is £80.00 (VAT inclusive) plus the Chinese Visa Centre fee.  Please follow the link below to calculate the full charges including the fees from Chinese Consular Office and the Chinese Visa Centre.
