IMEX is a professional legalisation service organisation, offering a range of business and private legalisation services.

What is An Apostille? An Apostille Certificate is an official certificate issued to documents that will be recognised in certain countries without further Legalisation. The countries that accept and recognise an apostille certificate are the member of Hague Convention.

For the countries that are not on the list may still accept the Apostille but in most cases will require further legalisation. For details please check with the embassies. The documents that we can handle include Birth Certificate, Marriage Certificate, Death certificates, Name Change Deed Polls, Company Certificates of Incorporation, Certificates of Good Standing, Memorandum and Articles of Association, HM Revenue and Customs documents, Certificate of Residence documents, Power of Attorney & Letters of Authorisation (witnessed by a solicitor or notary), Notary Oaths, Educational documents, etc.

Service Highlights

 

Fast Turnaround:  For Birth Certificate, Marriage Certificate or any other pre-certified documents, when you deliver the document to us before 10:00am Monday to Friday, it will be completed on the next day and the collection time is at around 3:00pm. For other documents it will take one more extra day.

Lower Rate:  The basic price is £79.99 if your document is straightforward, such as UK Birth, Marriage Certificate, or ACRO that DO NOT require solicitor / notary public certification.

Marriage / Birth Certificate Replacement:  If a replacement is required, the service is also available by making appropriate selection below.

University Degree Verification:  Along with the apostille, we offer an additional service of verifying university degree of students for any specific purpose, such as employment abroad.

Certified Translation:  Our Certified Translation is also available if the relevant authorities request that the documents to be translated into a specific language. All our translators, who are qualified and registered with professional language institutions, produce the required translation and an accompanying signed certificate that is required and recognised by most of the consulate offices / embassies.

Document Upload:  We require the documents to be uploaded for preview before processing the required services.

Embassy Legalisation:These are the embassy services at which we carry out the legalisation services most frequently. If the embassy service that you require is not listed here please call us to arrange for further assistance.

Multiple Documents:If you have multiple documents to be legalised, just enter the number of the documents before Add to Cart button.

Same Day Service:In a rare and exceptional case, you feel that it is absolutely necessary to obtain an apostille urgently, this service is also available however a detailed explanation is required. Please get in touch at office@imexlegal.co.uk before your order is placed.
